Issue Description:
Agent state in TxTalk or Dashboard seems irrelevant, meaning, an agent may set himself on a particular state, but, the state changes to some other inappropriate state without manual intervention.
Issue Cause:
This happens when an (affected) agent (extension) is logged in from more than one machine.
Issue Identification:
The IP address in call URI column in agent dashboard toggles consistently.
Issue Resolution:
The agent must be logged in from only one machine. The account must be logged out from all the extraneous machines.
