Submitter indicates who created the ticket  User can change Submitter email address in TxHelpdesk tool  if needed

To Edit submitters email id 

1 Open the ticket

2. Click on the Edit icon that is  available in  front of submitter email id.  Enter the desired email e-mail address  to receive copies of all public updates of this ticket &  even Cc can be edited while sending the reply.
