User Settings- TxHelpdesk allows each user to configure some of the settings to his/her needs. On the top right corner of the web page, the user will find the settings icon. On click, various options. will be visible. Click on User Settings
Users can just check the required box and enable the settings as per their needs. For example, each user can have their own user signature to be used when sending messages, users can enter the desired number of tickets to be viewed on the ticket listing page. As per the below image 25 tickets can be listed on the ticketing page.
