Clone option can be used if the same ticket needs to be created for different contacts
To Clone a ticket:
1. Open the ticket you want to clone.
2. Click on three vertical lines on the top-right of the ticket details page and then click on Clone
This will automatically redirect the user to the New Ticket form where the user can clear/enter any additional fields and click on Clone ticket.
The below message will be displayed. User will get a notification saying the ticket has been successfully cloned to ticket no(new ticket id)
A new ticket id will be listed on the ticket listing page.
