How to apply filter in ticket listing page?

TxHelpdesk allows you to apply a filter to refine your search on the ticket listing page.  

To Apply filter, do the following

Go to the Ticket listing page => Click on  the advanced Filter icon is available at the top of the ticket listing page.

You can refine your search by Priority(s), Owner(s), Submitter Email, Created Date From, Created Date To, Ticket Title, Keywords, Custom Field

Click on Apply
