Please monitor the agent's detail on the dashboard for sometime. Check if the IP is switching, also check if the IP listed belongs to the same user.

This generally happens if the ID is logged in from multiple desktops.

Also try manually changing the state from agent dashboard and make agent offline then ask agent to restart and relogin to chirp
Also try restarting chirp and relogging in
