To map Zoho Bigin Users with TxSmartQ Agents Please follow the below steps:

Getting Zoho Bigin User ID

1. Login to Bigin CRM and click on the Settings icon as shown in the image. 

2. Next, click on Users and Controls and then click on the relevant user. (Eg TxContact in the image)

3. Once clicked on the desired user in the search URL tab Id will be displayed as shown in the image. (Please copy that ID)​​​​​​​

4. Next, Go to TxSmartQ >> Agents, Select the agent you want to map, and add the Bigin ID into the Zoho CRM Id field as shown in the image and update.
