Why do we get Unauthorized User / Tenant not active?

The user is not authorized to access the Application.

Below are the scenarios to check:

        1) Please compare the  Agent Cellphone number configured in TxSmartQconsole(Agents Page)  and the Phone Number the Agent is using to Login to App.Both should be same.

        2) Please inform the phone app  admin to check the tenant settings.
