Barge-In for Monitoring Agents
Please make sure the Admin/Supervisor has access to barge in
Eavesdrop from field of the supervisor/Admin should be mentioned with the
agent id from which they wish to barge in.
The User then should login to tx talk with the same agent id and credentials and dial the barge-in number i .e *91<AGENT ID TO BARGEIN>
Ex:*9130000
Once the call is connected you can choose the below options on Tx Talk to continue
1] Press 1 To speak with the Agent -
This is called Whisper Coach where the Supervisor can coach the agent where the customer will not be able to
hear the conversation between them.
2] Press 2 To speak with the Customer.
3] Press 3 To speak with the Agent and Customer
4] Press 0 To Listen Only - Supervisor can monitor the Agent Customer conversations.
Note: To use this feature, Supervisor should be added the to queue he wants to eavesdrop.
