Calls are not dialing on Dialer
- Check if tenant is active.
- Check if campaign is active.
- Check the campaign start date and end date.
- Check the campaign start time and end time.
- Check the campaign settings for dial prefix, call server
- Check the campaign has contacts and are in 'NOT CALLED' status.
- Check the campaign has contacts and are in 'NOT CALLED' status and are not CALLBACK with 'next call time' in the future.
- Check if agents are assigned to the Queue set for the Campaign in TxSamrtQConsole.
- Check the Queue settings like queue length, dial pacing under TxSmartQConsole > Queues.
- Check the Queue Status, Open and Close timings under TxSmartQConsole > Queues.
- Check the loaded entries in '202_PROGDIALQUEUE’,‘203_PREDDIALQUEUE’ or '201_AUTODIALQUEUE' Orb tables.
- Check the dial strings are correct in the orb tables.(Like the dnis,prefix,phone field etc are substituted.)
- Delete invalid entries in orb tables carefully.
- Check if Media Gateway is correctly configured by making a manual call or by checking the gateway configuration.
- Check the Advanced Dialplan Routing in TxSmartQConsole, in case of pre-connect campaign.
- Check whether the queue and tenant status are active under TxSmartq.
- Check if the licenses are valid for the components in the License table.
- Check TxSmartQConsole > Component Monitor.
- Login to the Telephony servers and check the service status of all required components.
- Check the service mysql status
- Check all the component logs.
- Escalate the issue to next level.
