CRM issue
As seen in the message received after agent disposed the call, the dialer disposition is successful but the upload to crm failed with the above seen error message.
Please share the same with the CRM team.
The alert message received after call shows status of both dialer and crm disposition.
In this particular case the data was successfully stored in dialer as disposed by the agent.
When CRM dispose is successful alert message will be displayed in the below format.
Dialer Disposition: SUCCESS
CRM Disposition: SUCCESS
Else, CRM Disposition will show "Error[message from crm]
