TxDialer allows the Admin user to find and remove duplicate contact from the list of imported contacts. To remove the duplicate contacts user can either export the contacts and remove duplicates OR Remove the duplicates on the contact page. Please follow the steps below:

• Log in to the TxDialer webpage using your credentials.

• Go to Campaign Settings=> Contacts=> This page lets the user view add,import, export, rechurn,delete. and remove duplicates from uploaded contacts
   

On the contact page click on  Additional Options icon and click Duplicates. 

The page lists out all the duplicate contacts along with the total number of occurrences and other disposition details for the contact The user can either delete all contacts or delete
duplicate
