TxHelpdesk allows the user the send messages to the Owner of the ticket. To send the message user has to use the Nudge feature that is visible is the ticket description page
To Nudge
Go to the ticket description page
Click on three vertical lines on the top-right of the ticket details page and then click on
Nudge
Nudge dialog box will be displayed. Please type the message and Click on
Send
The sent message will be visible to the ticket owner in the Notification window
