Filtered Imports

Users can import contacts from a single contacts file to multiple campaigns.

Follow the steps below in order to import the contacts 

Go to  TxDialer --> Campaign --> Filter Import  --> Manage Filters option from the home page as shown below.

Click on  Manage Filters

Once the user clicks Manage Filter button, it will navigate to the "Create Filter" page

Click on Add Rule option on the top right corner




Click on the "Name" option and select the campaign.

Click on the filter generator icon on the right corner.

User has to fill all the details as shown in the above image.

Filed          -  Select the required value 
Type          -  ( String or number) 
Operation  - Select the operator as per the conditions user want to set.
Value           - Select the Value of the Field

Click on Add filter.
Once the conditions are set. User can import the contacts to respective campaigns all together.

 TxDialer --> Campaign --> Filter Import



Choose the CSV file

Click on Show contacts >> YES

Select DNC list if required

Click on Filter Validate,

The page shows uploaded contacts with separation.

Click on the Finish import option.



Note :

All Contacts will include contacts from the complete contact set.

Order of precedence for logical operators: AND, OR.

Combination of call data and default filters is not allowed.
