preferred_agent_only
*If the agent is logged in, then call will not be given to any other agent until agent comes to the Ready for Call state. If the agent is not logged in then a call will be given to another agent who is part of that queue.
preferred_agent_only_drop_call
*If the agent is not available call will be disposed of as PREFFERED_AGENT_OFFLINE. If the agent is available only then the call will be given to that agent.
preffered_agent:
*The agent needs to be in Ready for Call state during the time of the call being offered, only then the call will be given to that agent.
bargein_agent:
*The agent will be offered a new call even though the agent is on another call.
