Remote provisioning can be used with Linphone installed on
Windows Desktop, Mac OS, Android Phones or iOS Phones.
The feature makes use of the
User-Agent request header
Fetch URL in Linphone:
https://demo.txcontact.com/txsmartq/provisioning/linphone/
Or
https://demo.txcontact.com/txsmartq/provisioning/linphone/?system_id=<machine-name>
Configure the machine name on the Agents page (Contact Center ->Agents -> System Login ID)
Note:
- If the Linphone fails to load, delete the Linephonerc file from the path C:\Users\<user-name>\AppData\Local\linphone
- The phone may need VPN connection to connect to server based on your setup configuration.
