How to set up custom music on hold for inbound queues ?

Hold music for inbound call
Queue hold music configuration for Inbound call can be configured for individual queue IDs, 
Home >> Contact Centre >> Queue 
Click on Queue ID, choose Settings tab and  click on Queue Hold Music drop down, then choose the sound file from uploaded list. Check out the link here to upload the audio files in case of unavailibility  or list is empty   Hit on update button to save the changes.
