How to delete an agent in TxSmartQ or remove their access to TxContact ?

Go to Agents listing page.

Select the agent id check box and click on the delete icon as shown in the screenshot.


When the user clicks on the "delete icon," a notification appears asking for confirmation to delete the agent.

To proceed, click "okay" as shown in the screenshot.
