More Chat Offered:
The agent is already handling one or more chats and is being assigned an additional chat, if within their chat limit.
On Chat No More Chat:
The agent has reached their maximum allowed chat limit. No further chats will be assigned until at least one active chat ends.
On Max Chat:
Confirms that the agent is currently handling the maximum number of chats allowed by the system.
