Prerequisites:
Ensure that your account is active in TxSmartQConsole, and an administrator has the necessary privileges to assist if required.
Verify that the registered email address linked to your account is accessible for receiving the password reset link.
Follow the below steps to Reset Password:
Go to the TxSmartQConsole login page.
Enter your User ID.
Click the question mark (?) icon next to the Login button.
You will be redirected to the Password Assistance page.
Re-enter your User ID on this page.
A confirmation message will appear on the login page stating that an account recovery email has been sent to your registered email address.
Click on the link you received in the email. You will be redirected to the password reset page.
Enter the New Credentials and submit.
Try logging in again using the updated credentials.
Troubleshooting
1. If you did not receive the password reset email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
