Forms are structured templates used within a
call disposition process to capture important details after or during a customer interaction. They help ensure that agents record consistent and complete information for every call.
Once you click on the "Forms" option, a list of all available forms will be displayed

Click on the form name to access the Form Configuration page. From there, select the Fields tab to display a list of all fields configured for that specific form.
Clicking on the
Fields option will show a table listing all fields.
User can click on any fields can be dragged and dropped to the desired position within this order.
