Add Queues To Agent
This feature lets the user assign an agent to multiple queues.
- Available Queues are the queues for which the agent is not assigned to. To assign the agent to a queue, select a queue under this section and click on the ‘add >>’ button.
- Queues Assigned are the queues for which the agent is currently assigned to. To remove the agent from a queue, select a queue under this section and click on the ‘<<remove’ button.
Add Agents To Queue
This feature lets the user assign multiple agents to the queue.
- Available Agents are the agents for which the agent is not assigned to that particular queue. To assign the agent to a queue, select an agent under this section and click on the ‘add >>’ button.
- Agents in Queue are the agents who are part of that queue. To remove the agent from a queue, select an agent under this section and click on the ‘<< remove’ button.
