How to assign/unassign agents from queue

Add Queues To Agent

This feature lets the user assign an agent to multiple queues.

  1. Available Queues are the queues for which the agent is not assigned to. To assign the agent to a queue, select a queue under this section and click on the ‘add >>’ button.
  2. Queues Assigned are the queues for which the agent is currently assigned to. To remove the agent from a queue, select a queue under this section and click on the ‘<<remove’ button.

Add Agents To Queue

This feature lets the user assign multiple agents to the queue.

  1. Available Agents are the agents for which the agent is not assigned to that particular queue. To assign the agent to a queue, select an agent under this section and click on the ‘add >>’ button.
  2. Agents in Queue are the agents who are part of that queue. To remove the agent from a queue, select an agent under this section and click on the ‘<< remove’ button.
