How to access agent call recordings

Search the recordings click on the Records on the home page.

If the recording date fall within last 30 days, search for recording data in txrecord web with 'dnis'(callee no), or 'ani ' 'from_date' and 'to_date',  'agent name' and other fields and click on the search

 

If the recording is older then 30 days, search for the recording data with checking the "search archived records" checkbox.

 

Once the recording is found, the recording can be played by selecting the record row, then click on the play button at the top.

The recording can be downloaded by selecting the record row and by clicking the download button at the top.
