To Change 'open/closed' hours of Queues:
( Home → Contact Center → Queues → View Queues)
View Queues: This page lets you view all the Queues
Click on a specific queue ID to make the change
Edit Queue: Click on - settings →Open Hours Profile( Add open hours icon)
Timings tab displays the list of days with open time and close time during which the queue is to be opened and closed for calls.
Open Hours:
○ The blue bar indicates the open time in which the queue is to be opened.
○ The user is supposed to enter open time and close time in IST format.
○ The open time should not be greater than the close time.
● Holidays:
○ Clicking on “Add Holiday” can add holiday date to be remained closed irrespective of
working days.
○ Clicking on date User can edit the Holidays.
○ The blue bar indicates the open time in which the queue is to be opened.
