How to send automated emails using smart rule?

Define a Smart rule in order to send an automated email or automate repetitive tasks. Provide the basic details of the rule and select when the rule must be executed; while the form is created, edited, or submitted.

You can access the smart rule page by clicking on the  the icon on the TxHelpdesk left sidebar.

You may have to go through the article on how to create and manage smart rule.

Click on the Actions Tab on the smart rule add/edit page and then click on  Add  the button on the right side to add a new action dropdown select.

Next, select the Email option from the Action dropdown select.

Once you select the email option, you can provide a multiple comma-separated email address in the text field shown.

Finally, you have to select an email template to be sent.
