How to reassign Bulk tickets to the different agent?

Go to Home >>  1. Ticket List and please select the required ticket by clicking on the checkbox.

2.  Please click on the Assign button and select the required Agent name to reassign the Bulk ticket.

3. Once you select the name a Pop-Up box will appear. In that click on Yes to confirm or Cancel to change the agent name.
