Filtered Actions - Move Contacts (New / Append)

In order to move contacts from one campaign to another campaign. Please follow the steps below

Log in to TxDialer portal using your credentials

Go to Campaigns => Click on List

List of all the campaigns will be displayed. Click on the desird campaign. Go to Contacts

Click on Filtered Actions

If the user wants to move the contacts from one campaign to another campaign, please click on the Status drop down box and select the particular batch of contacts that the user would like to move.

Now, click on the move, user will find the drop-down box

Click on the drop-down box, all the campaigns will be displayed, select the desired campaign and move the contacts to another campaign
