To Add a New User:
( Home → Administration → Users→ Add New User)
This page lets you to view all the users. It also allows to add new user or modify existing user details.
Add User : Click on the (Add User icon) at the top right end of the table on the Users page. It can also be accessed from the Home page.
Enter all the details and click on ‘Add’ button
Windows login. - If the user has a Windows NT ID as abc@xyz, then configure the Windows Login field value as abc.
2 Roles are allowed for user:
1. Admin : This user will have access to only his Tenant and can add/delete/edit Users, Queues, Agents etc of his Tenant.
2. Supervisor : This user will have access to some features which the Admin assigns him.
Supervisory Eavesdrop
When role is selected as ‘Supervisor’, 2 fields will appear:
1. Eavesdrop from: Extension from which the Supervisor is going to BargeIn. Only when the supervisor calls from this extension he will be authenticated to eavesdrop on the call.
2. Eavesdrop : Has 3 options
3. NOEAVESDROP : BargeIn is not allowed
4. LISTEN ONLY : Can eavesdrop and listen to the conversation between agent and customer
5. BARGE-IN : Can BargeIn
Supervisors can press the following digits on Eavesdrop :
1 To speak with the Agent
2 To speak with the Customer
3 To speak with the Agent and Customer
0 To Listen Only
To modify User details: Click on the User ID of the User which has to be modified in the Users page.
Note : To use this feature, Supervisor should be added to the queue he wants to eavesdrop.
