Create a ticket using the TxHelpdesk link
Please click on the link below::

The below page will be visible to the user. Please click on the icon create a ticket
Please enter the necessary fields. Users can select queue category using the drop-down box, select the queue - support
Once all the necessary fields are entered, please click on SUBMIT
When you click on the 'Submit' button, you will be able to see a success message on the top of the page along with the newly created ticket. A ticket is created. Your ticket will be assigned to the supports team.
