Login to TxSmartQ and go to Channels -> Calls -> IVR ->Holidays
Click Add button to add Holiday Fields.
And set the Holiday Name, Date, Holiday Type, and Time ->Click Add
Adding IVR, Please go to Channels -> Calls ->Sound and add the required fields and Upload the Sounds.
To Change 'Holiday IVR' of Queues:
( Home → Contact Center → Queues → View Queues)
View Queues: This page lets you view all the Queues.
Click on a specific queue ID to make the changes.
Edit Queue: Click on - settings →Close Message.
Select the required IVR to play for the Holidays. And click Update.
