Import leads to Zoho CRM

Steps to be followed:

• Make sure that the CSV file contains all the necessary information.

• student_id, student_fname, partner,dialer_campaign cannot be null.

• 

• Log in to Zoho CRM https://crm.zoho.in/ and navigate to the Leads tab. In the Leads listing page click on Import and Import Leads.

• 

• Import the CSV file and select Character set to UTF-8 (Unicode) and select Next

• 

• 

• Select  Add as new Leads for fresh import.

• In case of updating existing leads select Update existing Leads and select existing lead-based on student Id.

• Next Map the CSV fields with CRM fields and click next.

  •  ‘Dialer_campaign’ as ‘dialout’ (specific dialer campaign)

  • ‘BPO_Partner’ as ‘Globiva_GGN’

• Note in case of uploading existing contacts add a field name Contact Again in CSV with value “Yes” and map it to Contact Again CRM field.

• 

• Once the mapping is done hit on Finish
