The above is a generic workflow of Sockrati Crm and TxTalk web.
Below is the Workflow of TxTalk web and Sockrati CRM(WFO):
1).Agent needs to register on TxTalk Phone.
2).Login to TxTalk Web with agent ID and Password.which will in turn login to CRM also.
3).After agent login he will be in ON_OUTBOUND and will start making calls on getting the DIALLING event from CRM.
4).Once the active call is HUNG_UP wrap up time of 45 secs(standard) will be provided on the CRM page.
5).For non-connect calls their wont be any wrap up time and it will be disposed as "Dialer non Connect" and CRM will move to the next lead.
NOTE:
When TxTalk Web is active agents are not supposed to make manual calls from TxTalk directly.
Below is the workflow for Sockrati Crm and TxTalk Web(WFH):
1).Before using WFH web make sure the agent cellphone number is being configured in TxSmartQ.
2).Agent should login into the provided WFH web URL with agentid and password.
3).Once agent is logged in then the procedure continues as same .
