Provisioning related errors

Error code 104 - Provisioning server is not reachable (Please check server IP is proper).

Error code 105  - Provisioning credentials are wrong either user id or password.

Call related errors

404 Not found - Please check the destination number

501 Not implemented - Please make sure that the agent is in On Outbound state while making the manual calls.

486 User Busy - Indicates that the called party is unable to accept another call because the user's busy condition has been encountered. 

SIP account registration errors

401 - Unauthorized - User ID / Password invalid. Double-check that you have entered the correct user ID and password in your SIP Account Tab.

403 Forbidden - User ID/Password is incorrect. Please check you have entered the correct User ID/Password in account details.

407 - Proxy authentication required - User ID / Password is incorrect. Double-check that you have entered the correct User ID and Password in your Account Detail page.

502 - Bad Gateway -  this can happen if the proxy or domain is incorrectly configured.
