Chirp hanged- Troubleshoot
If your Agents Chirp is getting hanged.,please check if the agent has closed all the old sessions or not.  Refer to the screenshot below.,  due to unclosed old session on the softphone-Chirp got hanged. Please insist the agents to hit the crossbar at the left-hand side top after every disposed of call. Screenshot  of the crossbar at the top for your reference
