Chirp lets the user chat between Extention to Extenstion and user to agent chat.
Steps - Extension IM chat
In the dialplan enter the agent's id and click on IM chat as shown in the below image.
Once the agent clicks on the IM Chat new window chat window appears, then click on the compose and send the message.
Dashboard IM chat
Select the agent from the dashboard and click on Send message option.
Once the user sends messages the message will be shown below in the notifications.
